About Us
As a teenager, Eddie Burke’s parents relocated to Sag Harbor full time to run a locally-loved seafood restaurant right on Noyac Bay. Decades (and another restaurant) later, Eddie has made his own name as one of the Hamptons’ most trusted attorneys, but identifies raising three boys with his wife Tricia among his highest accomplishments. As their boys grew, so did their interest in local property, and they’ve successfully managed countless commercial, residential, and rental properties over the past two decades.
As year-round Sag Harbor residents, the Burkes have the opportunity and deep connections to keep an eye on high-value, unique properties. Over the past decade, they’ve begun to slowly help more and more friends and clients find, manage, and broker properties, with their distinctive knowledge of the area’s changing real estate landscape. As their property deals increased, they identified the need for a full “turnkey” solution to real estate on the East End, from permitting, to sales, to property management, and structured Burkeshire Realty to be able to help people experience the Hamptons without the hassle.
